Her MS spinal pain of 20 years is gone!

Yes this will be a first for Victoria...even though we've both been in the natural health field for 30 years we have never done a tour of Vancouver Island. Now that I live here and don't plan on leaving any time soon I'm thrilled to bring Ron Zehr, sought after Wellness and Success Coach to help me with a long awaited presentation.

Stem Cells are offering hope and we will be sharing on how to boost your own stem cells naturally. Geri Laurence, theraputic yoga instructor of Campbell River will share her wonderful story of relief from 20 years of spinal pain and how she is sharing the news with others.

You won't want to miss her story. She's just one of many who are having new found hope.

Come out next Tuesday November 22nd 7 pm and learn for yourself how amazing this can be.

Details on the flyer....samples, specials

RSVP as we have limited seating.

Attracting more SUCCESS into your Life!

Are you having a great year? I sure am! So many exciting things happening professionally, personally and relationship wise. So WHY you ask?

Well I think there are many reasons. First of all I'm a great believer in persevering, hanging in there and giving everyone a chance. Secondly I'm a goal setter. I continue to stretch to make my goals.

So here is a great article that sums up what Jim Rohn says about 'Attracting Success to Ourselves".

Ron and I just celebrated our 43rd anniversary yesterday and thinking back this is one of the most exciting times.

We've hung in there long enough to be around when "Stem-Kine" was released to us. Never in 30 years of natural health experience have I seen such momentum driven by an amazing product and the results its bringing to people across North America. While others are talking about the economy I see growth and huge increases in our field.

RBC Life is sending us on an expense paid retreat to Hawaii next month and we will have an opportunity to rub shoulders with leaders (worldwide).

So what do you need to do?

Well click on Jim Rohn's article highlighted above and then start moving. Talk to everyone you know and share the opportunity of good health and a great business reward plan.

And just when I thought it couldn't get better I win a 'make-over'...so isn't that timely.
The photo above is one taken at my own re-veal.

Blessings to you.
Know that success only comes to those who move forward.

To Your Success.

Calling all BARBERS

A pictuure is worth 1000 words.

30 years and counting. Yes that is how long it has taken for my hubby of 43 years to grow hair.

Just 6 weeks earlier that was a shiney dome ....so I'm thrilled for my hubby. Not that I need him to have hair but to me it indicates the good health he is experiencing.

Plus it's nice for him to have something to chuckle over.

Stem-Kine is a success in many ways but it is nice to have a physical illustration too.

Dancing for the Brain

The Victoria Times Colonist recently posted this article Try dancing your way to healthier, happier living Researchers find balance, gait improve in older adults, resulting in fewer falls, injuries MCCLATCHY NEWS SERVICE APRIL 3, 2011 Want to reduce your risk of dementia holistically? Besides controlling your weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugars and decreasing your intake of inflammatory foods, what else can you do? Start dancing! Dancing has been shown to have numerous health benefits in various studies. The most obvious are increased socialization and improved physical functioning. Two recent studies conducted by University of Missouri researchers found that participation in dance-based therapy can improve balance and gait in older adults. This can reduce the risk of falls and injuries in this population. Studies also have shown a strong link to a decrease in the development of dementia among participants who danced. A study funded by the National Institute of Aging and published in 2003 in the New England Journal of Medicine showed a significantly reduced risk of dementia in older adults who danced frequently. The study looked at almost 500 adults aged 75 and older, tracking their activities and incidence of dementia for five years. It showed a surprisingly strong correlation between dancing and reduction in dementia -a whopping 76 per cent. Dancing also was the only physical activity that reduced dementia. There was, for example, no reduction in the development of dementia among those who golfed frequently. Other physical activities studied included playing tennis, swimming, bicycling, walking for exercise and doing housework. Some mental activities that did reduce the risk of dementia were reading and doing crossword puzzles. Why does dancing help maintain the brain? The principle of neuroplasticity hypothesizes that we continue to rewire synapses in the brain with continuous activity. This is literally a "use it or lose it" phenomenon. When we are dancing, we are using our cerebral cortex and hippocampus, which are critical to dancing. These areas of the brain are remarkably plastic, and they rewire themselves based upon their use. Researchers hypothesize that perhaps this greater cognitive reserve and increased complexity of neuronal synapses keeps dementia at bay. © Copyright (c) The Victoria Times Colonist Try dancing your way to healthier, happier living http://www.timescolonist.com/story_print.html?id=4551361&sponsor=1 Cutting Edge Nutriceuticals for retaining memory include NeuroBright, IQ and Microhydrin Find out more here. The Flouride Alternative

Happy St Patrick's Day Month to You!

Here's some great input on "seeing green", "Flouride" and some alternative solutions.

Click HERE for the PDF newsletter.

Once you've read the great input go to HERE to check out affordable solutions. In fact the best way to save is to get a One Time Lifetime Wholesale Membership kit ($35 us/$41 Cdn) which not only gives you lifetime wholesale buying it also gives the GIFT of one Microhdyrin Plus 60 count bottle (worth $41 us/$48 Cda)...and because there is a flat shipping rate on that why not add the Microbrite and your choice of the Spirulina green products to try at the same time (at wholesale).

It's so interesting to see all that RBC LIFE Organic Spirulina can do for you. When I had my mercury fillings removed with a natural dentist he had me take 2 of my spirulina capsules and go to the washroom and empty the spirulina onto my tongue, take a swig of water and thoroughly rinse my mouth and then spit it out. This was to attract any small bits of mercury released during the dental visit (spirulina attracts heavy metals) and to be able to spit it out. Of course I had a rubber dam in my mouth through the whole process since mercury is not to be messed with. But my dentist was not taking any chances with any by-products let off from the mercury. He was very impressed with both the Microbrite and the RBC Life Spirulina.

Our Spirulina product goes right back to the 70's when Dr. Chrisopher Hills was looking to find a rich super food source for the world's hungry. He entrusted our company to carry the message to the waiting world.

So when you think Green ....think Spirulina.
