Too much to handle & how to fit it all in

Some years ago I created a version of a board game - and called it Ashcroft Land.  My grandson Ayden thought it was so cool, a game that ABSOLUTLEY no one else would ever have.

Looking at it now I see it differently.  It shows the key elements of my life, my family.

Read this post...I first saw it demonstarted at Upline Masters with Richard Brooke doing it in front of the class.  It stuck.   Enjoy!

Mayonnaise Jar & Two Beers...

When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, When 24 hours in a day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar and the 2 Beers.

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him.

When the class began, he wordlessly picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls.

He then asked the students if the jar was full.

They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly.

The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls.

He then asked the students again if the jar was full.

They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar.

Of course, the sand filled up everything else.

He asked once more if the jar was full..

The students responded with a unanimous 'yes.'

The professor then produced two beers from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar effectively filling the empty space between the sand.

The students laughed..

'Now,' said the professor as the laughter subsided, 'I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life.

The golf balls are the important things---your family, your children, your health, your friends and your favorite passions---and if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.

The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house and your car..

The sand is everything else---the small stuff.

'If you put the sand into the jar first,' he continued, 'there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls.

The same goes for life.

If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff you will never have room for the things that are important to you.

Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness.

Spend time with your children.

Spend time with your parents.

Visit with grandparents.

Take your spouse out to dinner.

Play another 18 holes of golf.

There will always be time to clean the house, fix the disposal or deal with things from your job.

Take care of the golf balls first---the things that really matter.

Set your priorities.
The rest is just sand.

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the beer represented.

The professor smiled and said, 'I'm glad you asked.'

The beer just shows you that no matter how full your life may seem, there's always room for a couple of beers with a friend.

Please share this with someone you care about.

There you have it - I now have my Ashcroft Land Game that SHOWS me the Golf Balls in my life...how about you?
My gift to you: ***Let me know and I'll be happy to share the template with you - so you can simply swap out my words and photos and place your own***

Anti-Aging Never Looked so Good

Anti Aging at its best - you have to read further to find out how many years!

Wendy (in the middle) shares her insights after a regional conference in Richmond, BC.

To my dear friends,

I would like to take a minute to tell you why, after 15yrs, I'm still in Royal BodyCare (RBCLife).

I met Barb Ashcroft to talk about the cleanse she was selling, I had studied the ColoVada and felt it was the best cleanse out there, but, I was afraid Barb would just be a pushy salesperson with no health knowledge at all.  I found out how much she knew when she was able to answer all my questions about health, since she is a herbologist, kinesiologist, iridologist, and the list goes on.

Not only did I buy the products, I fell in love with nanotechnology and the science behind Microhydrin.  Never before had there been such a scientifically proven nutritional product that was available to the masses.  Stabilized Hydrogen that seemed only a dream when scientist had imagined the potential of it in the earlier part of the century.  I would NEVER be without it.  I have used it for

                  fighting off structural Migraines

                  cleaning up bruises & injuries

with aloe gelee to draw out bumps and infections

protecting from the sun, since I rarely use sunscreen

cleaning my water when I've had to resort to tap water

when me or my family got sick, we'd be back up in no time, incl. strep throat (used to be my nemesis)

Microhydrin and it's peer reviewed studies and day to day miracles has now been joined by another great product that comes from stem cell research.  Our bodies create these smart molecules that target any area of concern.  With our new Stem Kine your body can continue to generate a youthful amount of stem cells to keep your body more than just well.

A real benefit to me is the fact that I don't feel or look like I'm coming up to 47yrs old.  I met up with another RBC member, Jeannette (w/RBC for 20+ yrs), who is 74 and doesn't look more than late fifties, if even that.  And, my friend Lynda who no one thinks looks 68 (w/RBC 15 yrs), and of course my friend and mentor, Barb Ashcroft (w/RBC for 20+ yrs) who still has black hair, never has dyed it, and is around the 60 mark. These aren't people who just happen to look good at 30 or 40, but farther along in life, as well.  And, their 'joie de vivre' shows!

Why take it, because....

*My HydraCel & Sango Coral Calcium make my filtered water digestible and alive, like natural, running water in Volvic, France.  Makes it water I can use to hydrate my cells and get the garbage out!

*My Spirulina & Phytopower are more nutritional than anything I can put in from a grocery store and is pure and free from contamination.

*My Aloe/VitAloe are from the filleted aloe, no sap, etc.  Dr. Howard did all the testing for the best Aloe

*My Microhydrin keeps my body able to defend itself.  I like the Microhydrin Bath Salts to soak in too.

*My Stem-Kine is to find all those areas that need work that my body will use as it needs. So many things that it is already doing.  I want to feel young as well as look young.

*My First Food, IQ, Neurobright, Over 30, things I take because they all have their place.

*My Chocolate Slim-Shake that is 92% net utilized protein, can't be beat.  Protivity pure amino acids

ALL THIS, CHECKED IN OUR IN HOUSE LABORATORY, TO ENSURE ONLY THE BEST OF THE BEST GOES IN MY FAMILY'S BODIES.   I'm still super impressed!  Wendy

Postnote:  Wendy is a valued associate, and has always cared so much about the health of her family and friends.  Krysten is 20, Wendy 47 and Lynda 68 in this photo...Krysten started the RBC Life products 15 years ago....what a great start!  RBC Life is a great way to stay young & young looking. PS Wendy I'm 64 this month.  Barb Ashcroft Certified Trainer for RBC Life & Stem Cell Nutrition
