Every 28 years or so

Next Thursday is a very rare occasion.

In my 28 years in wellness and nutrition, Dr. Kurt Grange is one of the most informative and practical speakers I've heard. I've heard him many times and each time I learn something new.
He knows nutrition. He knows wellness. He also knows sports medicine and fitness.

And he communicates in a way that makes sense.
He's taught premed students. He's taught doctoral students. And he's taught people who simply want to maintain or regain good health.

I want good health. Look around. It's not automatic. I'm making choices and doing what I can.

I'm very excited that Dr. Kurt Grange is coming to the Lower Mainland:

Thursday, April 30 7:30-9:30
One Comprehensive Health Seminar You won't want to miss!
RBC Life Sciences Lecture Facility,
#14-7541 Conway Ave, Burnaby - a very central location

Friday, May 1, extra session in the morning 9:30 am
This is an interactive session with Dr. Kurt Grange.
Topics to be discussed Friday are weight loss, energy and fitness.
RBC Life Sciences Meeting Room, #14-7541 Conway Ave, Burnaby.
Fitness Trainers, Health Coaches and wellness interested parties will be in attendance.

Last Saturday Ron & I drove to Kelowna to learn again from Dr. Grange's one day workshop and I got the biggest AHA moment in years. Finally I found some sense into my own weight challenges so I am thrilled to have an extra session with Dr. Grange where I can be encouraged with not only my weight conditions but also my fitness ones too. If this resonates with you please RSVP to me directly as this Friday May 1st am session has very limited seating & is by special invitation.
